Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-level technical support for search engine tools to Swedish-speaking business clients.
• Analyze and troubleshoot complex customer inquiries within the IT industry ecosystem.
• Ensure high quality of service by maintaining up-to-date knowledge of evolving search algorithms and IT service standards.
• Collaborate with international technical teams to resolve product-related issues efficiently.
• Maintain detailed case documentation in our internal CRM systems to ensure transparent reporting.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of customer satisfaction metrics for the search engine platform.
• Participate in ongoing training sessions to sharpen technical expertise and product knowledge.

Requirements

• Native or fluent Swedish (spoken and written).
• Professional level of English for internal communication.
• Valid EU passport (mandatory).
• Strong affinity for technology and a desire to build a career in the IT industry.
• Previous experience in customer support, digital marketing, or technical troubleshooting is highly preferred.
• Excellent communication skills with a customer-centric mindset.
