BAJA COMFORT FOODCreated by Chef David Castro of Ensenada , La Morocha is rooted in the cuisine of Baja California and inspired by the diverse cultures and communities that have shaped the region.
Our menu will celebrate Baja comfort food , cooked over live fire and built around bold flavors, quality ingredients, and a strong sense of place.
Our bar program will be led by Marcos Pulido , a veteran bartender with decades of experience. Most recently, Marcos worked alongside Max Reis and Jorge Figueroa at DAISY Margarita Bar , our sister property.
Expect a thoughtful and intentional program with cocktails designed to complement the food and the spirit of Baja.
WINE PROGRAMOur wine program will explore the idea of a “Borderless California”— featuring wines from Valle de Guadalupe (and other parts of Mexico) and California , alongside selections from both the Old World and New World.
