Responsibilities
- Develop and manage the technical plan for Ripple’s scalable, localized, high-traffic marketing web platform.
- Architect and deploy LLM-powered tools, intelligent agents, and workflow automation for marketing teams.
- Build experimentation, A/B testing, personalization, targeted campaign, and dynamic content delivery infrastructure.
- Create data pipelines and integrations with marketing technology systems to support tracking, attribution, and analytics.
- Lead cross-functional technical initiatives connecting Marketing, Product, and Data Engineering teams.
- Define and enforce engineering guidelines, CI/CD improvements, and architecture standards.
- Build scalable Sanity CMS schemas and APIs for modular content and lead-generation funnels.
- Optimize core web vitals, technical SEO, SSR/SSG, and edge-caching strategies.
- Mentor engineers and promote technical excellence and forward-thinking system design.
Requirements
- 8+ years of professional web development experience.
- 2+ years in a Staff, Lead, or Principal engineering role focused on marketing technology, growth engineering, or equivalent-scale platforms.
- Deep expertise in JavaScript, React, Next.js App Router, Server Components, and headless architectures.
- Hands-on experience integrating LLMs, including OpenAI or Anthropic, and using the Vercel AI SDK or LangChain to build tools or agents.
- Experience building experimentation frameworks and personalization engines, such as Optimizely or VWO, for high-traffic websites.
- Strong understanding of CDPs, CRM integrations, server-side tagging, and event tracking schemas.
- Ability to translate business objectives into technical roadmaps and scalable systems.
- Hands-on experience with Sanity, including schema building, GROQ queries, and custom inputs.
- Experience influencing senior Marketing and Operations stakeholders without direct authority.
- Deep understanding of performance optimization, technical SEO, SSR/SSG, and edge deployment using platforms such as Vercel or Cloudflare.
