Role Summary
Support business and technology initiatives within the Financial Services & Insurance domain by assisting with project coordination, business analysis, stakeholder communication, and delivery tracking. This role is ideal for graduates aspiring to build a career in Project Management, Business Analysis, or Consulting.
Key Responsibilities
Support project planning, tracking, and reporting activities.
Gather, document, and validate business requirements.
Coordinate with business, technology, and operations teams.
Track project risks, dependencies, actions, and milestones.
Prepare status reports, presentations, and meeting documentation.
Assist in process improvement and digital transformation initiatives.
Analyze data and generate business insights for decision-making.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Technology, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and collaboration tools.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a team environment.
Preferred

Exposure to Agile, Scrum, or project management concepts.
