Job Description

Pls be noted that the location is in Beijing, the school prefer recent graduates and can accept inexperienced teachers as full training is provided. Although any teaching experience is welcome.

Job Responsibilities:
• Deliver high-quality English reading classes for children aged 2.5-5 years old.
• Teach using the school's established curriculum and teaching materials.
• Create engaging, interactive, and age-appropriate classroom activities.
• Participate in lesson planning, curriculum development, demo classes, and teacher training.
• Communicate professionally with parents regarding students' learning progress.
• Complete teaching assessments and administrative duties as required.
• Follow school policies.
• Work 40 hours per week with five working days and two days off.

Compensation & Benefits:
• Annual Salary: 30000-35000RMB/month before tax

Requirements:
• Native English speaker with clear and standard pronunciation.
• Nationality preferred: United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Australia, or New Zealand.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree completed within the past three (3) years.
• Willing to relocate to Beijing, China.
• One year contract
• Passionate about teaching children aged 2.5-5 years old.
• Strong communication skills and willingness to learn.
• Teaching experience is welcome but NOT required.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

Preferred Qualifications:
• 120-hour TEFL certificate (or willing to obtain before onboarding).
• Education, Early Childhood Education, or related degree is an advantage.
• Teaching or childcare experience is a plus but not required.
• Comfortable leading songs, games, storytelling, and interactive activities.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.
