This is a hands-on role where you'll be a key part of our decision-making process. You'll gain practical experience by working with real data, conducting data analysis , identifying trends , and creating powerful visualizations . You'll also have the opportunity to learn and apply technical skills like SQL and AI tools like Claude to help us make smarter, data-driven business decisions. This will allow you to get:

• Students currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program, or recent graduates with 0-2 years of professional experience .
• Academic Background: Pursuing degrees in Industrial Engineering , Business Administration , Economics , Mathematics , or any other with a strong analytical focus .
• High Achiever: Strong academic record and a proven track record of success.
• Great Communicator: Excellent communication skills, both in Spanish and English.
• Problem Solver: Proactive, creative, and passionate about finding innovative solutions.

• Step 3. Technical Exercise: If shortlisted, you will be asked to complete a quantitative exercise in person at our offices in Bogotá.
• Step 4. Problem-Solving: You will have to solve a problem and present your ideas to our team.
• Step 5. Interview: If you are a finalist, you'll be invited to an online interview to discuss your experience and goals.
• Step 6. Final Offer: Congratulations! We'll extend a job offer and get you ready for your exciting onboarding process to start working together in January 2027 .
