Job Summary (List Format):
- Position: Business Intelligence / Reporting Analyst (Onsite, Miami, FL)
- Experience: 2 5 years in business intelligence, reporting, analytics operations, or related field
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Analytics, Information Systems, or equivalent practical experience
- Skills Required:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Power BI
- Working knowledge of SQL for querying, validation, and troubleshooting
- Understanding of BI concepts, dashboarding, and data quality principles
- Familiarity with automated reporting schedules, refresh processes, and data dependencies
- Strong communication skills; ability to work cross-functionally
- Responsibilities:
- Independently manage routine reporting operations and resolve issues
- Handle multiple reporting tasks simultaneously with minimal supervision
- Diagnose and escalate complex or systemic issues with clear recommendations
- Maintain reporting stability and contribute to deeper analytical or technical improvements
- Other Notes:
- Not a people-management role
- No visa sponsorship provided; locals only (onsite in Miami, FL)
- Interview via video; start date anticipated within 2 weeks
